By submitting a request, you authorize up to eight (8) licensed agents, providers, or affiliates to contact you by phone, email, SMS, or automated dialer in compliance with TCPA, even if your number appears on any federal/state DNC lists.
5. SMS CONSENT AND COMPLIANCE (INCLUDING TWILIO)
By submitting your phone number and opting into SMS alerts, you consent to receive recurring text messages regarding ACA enrollment, policy updates, and plan reminders. Messaging frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Short Code Provider: Messages may be sent via Twilio or similar SMS gateway providers.
Opt-Out: Text “STOP” to cancel. Text “HELP” for assistance.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Twilio and its partners are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS data is subject to Twilio’s Privacy Policy and stored per their security standards.
6. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE
6.1 PROVIDERS AND AGENTS
Information is shared with licensed insurance carriers, plan administrators, and authorized agents for quote generation and policy discussion purposes. Each third party is independently responsible for its privacy practices.
6.2 VENDORS AND CONTRACTORS
Data may be disclosed to third-party service providers assisting in backend operations (cloud services, call centers, analytics). Such vendors are contractually bound to confidentiality and security standards.
